Self Levellers
Major H&S initiative - reduced risk of employee back problems
Our self levelling platforms are precision engineered from steel and are designed to obviate operatives repetitively over-reaching. The platform descends as goods are placed onto it and rises as they are taken off, thus offering the top layer to the operative at a constant level. Thus, the operative does not have to lean into the container to reach the goods reducing the risk of RSI and back strains.
Our self-levellers can be fitted into our fabricated metal trucks or any of our straight-sided roto-moulded trucks which come in a wide variety of colours and sizes. They can even be fitted inside our dip-fronted and hi-back trucks.
Please note that our self-levellers are NOT food grade due to the pantograph's metal parts.
The platform top can be finished in sheet plastic, retex (black recycled plastic sheet), metal and the spring can be tensioned to your requirements thus ensuring a smooth action.
All our self levellers can be fitted with a chassis, manufactured in tubular steel and painted in a variety of colours. Lids are available for most self levellers.
All self levellers can be fitted with a variety of accessories: different castor and baseboard configurations, towing brackets, handles (painted or plastic powder coated). In fact virtually anything you require.
